3.5” FRONT SPRING AND SHACKLE HANGER SYSTEM
This system features our heavy-duty front spring hanger brackets with replacement extended length shackles. The extended length shackles provide for an easy install with increased leaf spring flexibility. This system will provide a front end ride height increase of 3.5” without changing the leaf springs. 2001-04 Super Duty’s and all Excursions systems include a replacement front frame crossmember and bumper brackets.

3.5" FRONT SPRING HANGER SYSTEM
Obtain 3.5" of front end lift without changing the front leaf springs. The super stout spring hangers replace the factory units without welding or cutting. Excursion models will require a 2" rear block kit to level off the ride height. 2001-04 Super Duty & all Excursions systems include replacement front frame crossmember and bumper brackets.


DESERT GUARD Constructed of 1 3/4" diameter tubing this guard mounts to the frame without having to drill holes.	ADJUSTABLE TRAC BAR Replaces the stock unit with the ability to adjust the axle housing location under the frame to accommodate various suspension heights, 3.5" through 10" of lift.

DUAL STEERING STABILIZER OPPOSING STYLE Stabilizer cylinders are mounted across the axle housing in a horizontal opposed position reducing tire shimmy.	MULTIPLE FRONT SHOCKS Allows the addition of four more shocks to the front suspension for increased dampening capacity. Available for Fabtech shocks or Take - Apart Dirt Logic shocks.

MULTIPLE REAR SHOCKS System allows installation of four Performance or Dirt Logic shocks on the rear suspension. A tubular upper crossmember spans from frame rail to frame rail with triangulated gussets while lower mounts bolt to the axle housing. Allows use of the stock exhaust system.	DUAL STEERING STABILIZER STOCK LOCATION STYLE Utilizing the stock location, two steering stabilizers are positioned back to back from each other to reduce tire shimmy.
4 LINK FRAME BRACKET AXLE BRACKET	2000-05 Excursion 4WD With the popularity of our 8” Coilover Conversion system for the 2000-2004 Super Duty we now offer a similar 6” Coilover system for the Super Duty and Excursion. This 100% bolt on 6” 4 Link Coilover conversion system utilizes large 2” OD Links with race style 1” spherical bearings for superior strength. The 4 link arms attach to the frame with bolt on 1/4” thick steel brackets. The link arms are attached to the factory front axle housing with massive 1/4” thick steel brackets that surround the housing and secure the 4 Link Arms for heavy offroad use. Due to the increased side load of a 4 Link suspension we include a replacement 2” OD Trac Bar with 1-1/4” Heims to properly locate the front axle throughout the travel range. The Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shocks attach to the frame via a large hoop style shock bucket and to the axle, integrating into the 4 Link axle brackets. The factory sway bar is relocated with billet sway bar links while triple layer limiting straps control the extended wheel travel of the front suspension. This system will provide a substantial ride quality increase both on and offroad. To complete this high end system, opt for our front Dirt Logic Hydraulic Bump Stops. Rear systems include block and add a leafs, replacement leaf springs or a Long Travel Leaf system.
