 6” / 8” / 10" 4 LINK SYSTEM
For the ultimate in suspension performance for the 05-06 Super Duty we offer a bolt on 4 Link System that provides unsurpassed articulation and wheel travel. These heavy duty 2” diameter wall links feature race style 1” Uniballs for superior strength. Thick 1/4” steel brackets secure the 4 Links to the frame without cutting or welding. This 4 Link system allows the use of our replacement Coil Springs or our Dirt Logic adjustable Coilover Shock conversion. System also includes Billet Sway bar links, Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm and more. Rear lift options include a block and U-Bolt kit or replacement leaf springs.

Inspired from our racing fabrication background, our R&D team has developed tubular Radius Arms that provide unsurpassed strength and performance. These patent pending Radius Arms feature a full tubular structure strengthened by dimple die side plates, with an adjustable alignment cam at the axle to allow caster adjustment. Front spring lift options include 6” / 8” or 10" replacement Coil Springs or Fabtech’s high end Dirt Logic adjustable Coilover Shock conversion. Completing this system is a Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm, Bump Stop mounts, Steering Stabilizer bracket, Billet sway bar links and drop brackets and more. Rear lift options include a block and U-Bolt kit or replacement leaf springs.
kit 6” / 8" BASIC SYSTEM
Designed for the budget minded enthusiast, this system allows the installation of our 6” or 8" Coil Spring Kit while utilizing the stock Radius Arms. Completing this system is a Trac Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm, Sway Bar drops, rear blocks, U-Bolt kit and more.
kit 2005-07 SUPER DUTY REAR SPRING & HANGER SYSTEM
This rear system was originally developed to compliment our front Coilover Conversion system to provide increased rear suspension travel with a smooth ride for both on and offroad use. The system will provide similar ride quality enhancements when used with our 6” / 8” or 10" Radius Arm and 4 Link systems with single or multiple front shocks.

For vehicles with a 6” ride height there is two rear configurations available. Option one would include our 3” heavy duty Spring Hanger bracket kit that directly replace the factory units while retaining the stock lift block and stock leaf springs, keeping the factory ride and load carrying capacity. Option two would be our replacement 3” Long Travel Leaf Springs that utilize the stock spring hangers and stock lift block. This second system will provide a smooth ride due to the Long Travel Leaf Springs with greater travel but stock weight carrying capacity will be reduced.

Vehicles with a 8” ride height would receive the replacement 3” Spring Hanger brackets and 3” soft ride Leaf Springs using the stock lift block. Where as the 10" Lift application would utilize the same components found in the 8" plus a 2" block system to gain the additional rear height. These rear set ups will provide a smooth ride with increased travel and articulation but lose some stock weight carrying capacity.

This system features machined coil spring spacer mounts designed to level the vehicle front to rear. Utilizing the stock front coil springs provides a factory like ride with increased height and a quick installation.

MULTIPLE SHOCK SYSTEMS
We offer both front and rear Multiple Shock systems for the 2005-07 Super Duty. The front system attaches to the factory coil bucket, while the rear system replaces the factory upper mounts completely. These bolt on shock systems allow the installation of our Dirt Logic 2.25 or Performance Shocks for increased dampening capacity. Multiple Shock Systems are compatible with our 6"/8”or 10" Radius Arm and 4 Link systems.

SUPER DUTY
FLOATING TRACTION BARS
These bolt on Traction Bars reduce rear leaf spring axle wrap caused by lift blocks and oversized tires. Typically the travel cycle of the Super Duty rear axle is in an arch, rather than a linear motion found in most other trucks. Fabtech’s exclusive traction bar shackle system allows the bars to float with the arched travel of the rear axle. This provides a non-binding, smooth highway ride but still provides positive resistance to torque loads, reducing leaf spring wrap and increasing tire traction.
