9" LONG TRAVEL SYSTEM
• Wheel travel- Front - 12”, 30% increase over stock.
Rear- 14” , 40% increase over stock
• Vehicle Compatibility Stock vehicles and vehicles with previously installed Fabtech 8” Systems
• Track Width Extended length upper and lower control arms with replacement offset steering knuckles keeping track width to a minimum
• Control Arm Pivots- Upper Tubular Control Arms include preinstalled 1” Uniball Lower Boxed Control Arms feature preinstalled Heavy Duty Ball Joints Upper and Lower Arm pivot on the frame with greasable Delrin bushings

 • Impact Struts are a solid bar construction without bushings, eliminating flex and transfer suspension impact throughout frame.

9” COMPLETE LONG TRAVEL SYSTEM

K2500HD Long Travel Front System After extensive testing in rigorous offroad conditions Fabtech releases the much awaited GM K2500HD Long Travel Coilover Conversion system. The system features extended length upper tubular control arms and lower boxed style arms to properly support the load of the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shock. The upper arms feature 1” uniballs while the massive lower arms come with preinstalled heavy duty ball joints. Arms are 1” longer than stock and track width is kept to a minimum with newly designed offset steering knuckles. Unique to this new application is our Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shock with a 4” OD remote reservoir system for exceptional performance. The Dirt Logic 4.0's attach to a heavily gusseted tubular Coilover shock bucket for solid support. System includes quad layer Limiting Straps, Bump Stop bracketry, 4340 Front Axles Shafts, Billet Sway Bar links and more. This system will provide 12” of wheel travel without bind. For extreme offroad use we offer an optional Dirt Logic 2.25 Hydraulic Bump Stop system along with a Long Travel rear suspension system.

Applications include a system for stock vehicles or a retro fit system for previously installed Fabtech 8” Performance systems.
SUSPENSION SUSPENSION

2006-07 CLASSIC K2500HD
In the model year of 2006 GM introduced new upper control arms on K2500HD's. The new factory upper arms are much thinner and lighter than the previous design and therefore will not properly support the load of a dual shock mounting application. Fabtech has addressed this with a Dual Shock System that includes replacement upper control arms constructed of 1.5 OD DOM tubing with urethane frame pivot bushings.

HD REAR SOFT RIDE LONG TRAVEL LEAF SPRINGS & HANGER SYSTEM
This rear system was originally developed to compliment our front Coilover Conversion system to provide increased rear suspension travel with a smooth ride for both on and offroad use. The installation of the Soft Ride Leaf Springs will provide similar ride quality enhancements when used with our 6” and 8” Performance systems.

The rear Soft Ride Leaf Springs are a 5 leaf pack with nylon glide pads between each leaf and come with a small bottom overload leaf. These springs will provide increased travel with a smoother ride as compared to the stock leaf springs. Please note that the factory load carrying capacity will be reduced with the use of the Soft Ride Leaf Springs.

Our rear leaf spring Hanger Brackets are constructed of 1 /4” thick steel and directly replace the factory units. They will provide 3” of lift without affecting the ride or load carrying capacity of the vehicle.

For 6” lift applications the installation of the Soft Ride Leaf Springs will level the vehicle. On vehicles equipped with our 8” Performance System the installation of the Soft Ride Leaf Springs and 2” Lift Block will level the ride height of the vehicle. For vehicles that have the 8” Coilover Conversion System will require the Soft Ride Leaf Springs and the Spring Hanger System.
kit 6" 4WD PERFORMANCE SYSTEM
The first HD system to hit the dirt was our 6" system clearing 35" tall tires. Lift is accomplished via one-piece cast drop down steering knuckles attaching to heavy-duty 1/4" thick, high arched lower control arm crossmembers with an integrated differential skid plate. Front and rear crossmembers are connected via tubular support tubes to provide additional front suspension rigidity.
kit 8" 4WD PERFORMANCE SYSTEM
The 8" system boast the same features as the 6" HD system but with more lift and super trick upper tubular control arms. The new upper control arms feature integrated multiple shock mounting tabs should you desire the optional dual shock system, for the ultimate in dampening capabilities. Rear lift is accomplished via a 4" block and add a leaf system with rear bump stop brackets.
