2021-26 Ford F150 4WD

Fabtech offers replacement offset intrusion beams for the Ford F150 that allow for increased wheelwell clearance for oversized tires. The stock beams are located in the front wheelwells and can come into contact with large oversized tires as the vehicle is steered. Rather than cutting them or removing them Fabtech offers these beams that not only allow for more clearance but help retain the safety functions of the beams the way Ford designed it.

The Fabtech offset intrusion beams are constructed of 1/4″ thick steel and are a welded box design for maximum strength. These beams are designed to allow clearance of 35″ tires with the Fabtech 4″ F150 lift kit.

There are two intrusion beams on the stock F150, one in front of the front wheel and one in the back of the front wheel. We call for removing the front beam completely and then installing our modified rearward intrusion beam.
