Fabtech’s Jeep JL/Gladiator Tube Fenders have been designed to allow the installation of oversized tires for offroad use while providing additional protection to the vehicle. The Tube Fenders directly replace the factory fenders bolting into the same mounting holes for an easy installation.
These rugged Tube Fenders are constructed of 1.50 OD x .095 wall steel tubing with a .060 thick steel top plate. This construction is extremely durable in absorbing side impacts from large objects when driving in tight offroad conditions.
The Tube Fenders are a narrow design compared to the factory fender. The front fenders measure 7.5" wide.
The front fenders include a plug and play LED light kit. There is no cutting and splicing of the factory wiring required for installation. The light kit features LED Daytime Running lights, turn signals and side marker lights for Wranglers with the optional LED lighting package. For vehicle’s with standard lighting the light kit will function as turn signals and marker lights only.
Fabtech Jeep JL/Gladiator Tube Fenders come finished with a textured black powdercoat.

I installed these with American Adventure Lab inner fender liners and let’s just say the 2 products don’t like each other much, lol. I did get them both on with only minor problems with alignment but they look GREAT! The LEDs worked flawlessly, I was worried that they wouldn’t work right and I’d have to find a work around but they work! I went with these fenders because of the lights included with them, I like the flat fender look and the LEDs flow with the flat style

I just finished installing these on my 2018 JL… Really easy install. Just a few recommendations (1) If you use a grinding wheel to cut off the existing front fender mounting brackets I recommend you first remove the front grill to avoid damaging it with the grinder. It’s also a good idea to cover the hood of the jeep with a tarp to prevent the metal dust particles from imbedding in the clear coat paint of the hood. (2) DO NOT USE a Smittybilt nutsert tool – the tool breaks with the larger inserts and does not put a tight compression seal on the nut, which will cause you problems later when you try to tighten the bolts. I invested in a much better tool available on Amazon. (3) I installed the lights on the fenders prior to bolting the fenders on the Jeep. It was easier and a much better access to tighten down the light mounting screw with the fenders off. (4) when doing the final install on the jeep, I started with the front two button bolts to start the threads but don’t fully tighten them down yet, then start the back bolts nearest the doors. Then you can start threading the remaining bolts. It’s easier to keep alignment on the rest of the bolts if you start the threads on the front and rear bolts first. The last step would be to run the wiring for the lights. Very, very easy to connect these up but have a few zip ties ready to secure the extra wire. These fenders are very clean and match up nicely with my steel tube rock sliders. They have a very clean, smooth, but aggressive appearance.
